Arlo pro 3 battery not charging- camera is 18 mos old

Purchased 2 camera sets 18 mos ago.  Have never had an issues until now. The battery for one camera does not charge. I don't even get any lights on the camera when i plug the charge in.  Ordered a new battery and still no charging and no lights.  Have done all the recommended steps (i.e. tried changing outlets, plugs, inserting battery multiple times. etc. etc.).  The battery from other camera charges fine with the charging plug so my belief is the camera is not functioning.  I opened 2 cases with Arlo support by telephone, but they are no help.   Do I have any recourse since it is beyond the warranty?

Have you tried swapping the batteries in the two cameras, and see if the problem moves?
