Microphone does not work when I am away from my location. Says - failed to connect - tap here to try again. I chatted with support yesterday and they suggested restarting the hub and that work for a day. App permissions are turned on. When I go to use it, it kicks my WIFI off and tries to use data. Not sure why that is or of that is what causing the issue. I have a Samsung Galaxy A10e

This issue was present on previous app versions and has been resolved on version 3.6.5. Make sure you have the latest version installed from the app store. 3.6.5 may not yet be available to all users, so keep checking the app store until you receive an update.
