Take us through what you are doing and where it goes wrong.
The base station "connects" to, as in is wired to, your router. What are you doing with the phone, and which phone are we talking about? Android? iPhone?
Are you setting up a new system?
You have posted in the Pro 3 section, but you have listed the VMB3000 as your base station. That does not ship with Pro 3 systems which are not compatible with the VMB3000.
Is Arlo Pro 3 backwards compatible with my existing Arlo system?
