I have a Phone that doesn’t show all 4 menus at the bottom, it only show the device and library menus. I need to use the menu mode.

What phone model?

It’s problem with a Samsung z flip 3.
Don’t really know what you mean with friend account but it’s another person who is going to be able to turn off and on my cameras. But now he can’t se the “mode” button thats necessary to turn of the cameras.

It sounds like you shared the cameras using the friend feature w/o granting access rights.
