Is it possible to obtain video footage taken with an Arlo system for the period 12/2-16 – 6/8/2017 from Arlo by serving a subpoena on Arlo at their headquarters? I understand they say they only keep video footage for 30 days, but is it possible the video is still stored on their cloud and would be available if they were served with a subpoena to produce the video footage for this period of time?

EduardoRicardo,
After cloud content has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. We recommend you use Direct Storage Access to back up content that you may wish to use later. You can find more information here: What is Direct Storage Access and how do I use it?
