Arlo Pro3 Records When Disarmed

Arlo Pro3 cameras still record after changing mode to "disarm."  Able to change setting from "armed" to "disarmed" without any problems, but that has no effect on camera function.  Have two Pro 3's connected to a Base Station.  Cameras are about 1 year old, problem started just recently.  Base Station restart helped very briefly.

You could try removing and reinserting the camera batteries.

If that doesn't help, then I suggest doing a factory reset and adding everything back to your account.
