Hi
I have installed arlo pro2 cameras (2) and currently working without problems.
I decided to add an Arlo pro3 camera to the system (base VMB4500) but I am just receiving notifications and cannot find recordings in the library . I've tried restarting the base but did not work.
I read we needed to update the firmware but the system states that is updated.
Many thanks in advance for your advise.

Hi, I don't have a solution unfortunately, but can reassure you that you're not the only one. I am also experiencing the same issue since the past two weeks and just waiting...

Do you have at least the trial subscription enabled? Any Arlo camera newer than the Pro 2 requires a sub to get cloud recordings. You can still record locally and use the app to view them in the library if you have a Smart Hub. The older VMB4000 base requires that you safely eject the drive and view the videos on a computer.

Yes, I am aware of that. I have the subscription (paid version). Even with that, I have checked all settings, gone through Arlo Support over a number times, and troubleshooted all methods available and still experiencing issues.
