Arlo Pro 3 subscription ended, cannot access primary account

Help!! My partner set up these cameras for him and added me as a user. 3 months ago he passed away suddenly and while I still have access to view the cameras the subscription has now ended and it will not allow me to add one because I’m not the “account owner” it will not let me live chat to an agent because I don’t have a subscription I’m going round in circles 😞

Do you have your partners login information? If so log in as him and it should give you full admin rights.
