At my dock I keep getting this message from Arlo when I try to connect them to my eero WiFi. What pw are they asking for? I tried giving them my WiFi pw, and my Arlo pw, but neither work.

The Pro 3 cameras can't be connected to your home wifi, instead they must be connected to a base/smarthub. That base/smarthub needs to be connected to your Eero via ethernet, not wifi.
You appear to be trying to connect your phone to the closed wifi network from the base. You can't do that, as the wifi is closed - only used by the cameras. You access the videos through the Arlo App, with your phone either connected to your Eero or your mobile provider's network.
