Hello,
I've bought an arlo pro 3 set 2 years ago, and from the previous week i'm trying to discover the smarthub. It's stable blue but can't be discovered. I've tried everything reported at the community, change DNS, change 2.4Ghz to 5Ghz but nothing works.

Is a VPN in use? Disable it if so. Is your phone also on your WiFi? Setup won't work on cell service.
Is this hub still in your account? If so, you don't need to set it up again. Check settings, My Devices.

Hello,
VPN is not in use and my phone is connected in wifi. My hub is not on my account because i tried first time a week ago to discover it and connect it but nothing found. I dont know if its a router incompatibility. My router is a ZTE H1600.
Any other suggestions;;; 🙂

Did you reset the smarthub before trying to add it back to your account?
