I have just purchased three Arlo Pro 3 cameras and new base station to add to me current system of Pro 2 and Go’s which I have had running for over a year now.  I sync’ed the new Pro 3’s about three days ago.  One of the new Pro 3’s disconnected tried removing battery nothing, so I removed the camera from the base station in order to reconnect but now nothing, the blue light is flashing but can not connect back to base station.  Tried removing battery leaving for 30 mins but still no connection.

 

Any thoughts?

You may need to swap at the store or use the Contact SUpport link at the bottom here. Hardware problems can't be solved here.

Jane100D,

 

Try syncing again but with the camera plugged in using the power cable and AC adapter included in the kit. Do you still experience the same behavior?
