Arlo Pro 3 missing recordings

I have 6 cameras. (Settings) All Arlo Pro 3 that have subscription and motion detection is on and they all record except one. It will show that there was activity, but no recordings at all. I have a large Black Bear that keeps going into the back yard doing damage and I cannot prove it since the camera in the back yard does not record. Several recordings from the front yard. Why is one camera not recording?

Do you have an Arlo Secure subscription?
Assuming yes, can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?

Yes, I do have Secure Subscription. I can take photos while viewing live stream, but not videos.

Something is wrong there. This is only the case with the problem camera?

It is not cellular, it's on my wifi which shouldn't matter since all my other cameras pick up and record the movement. The camera does pick up during the day, just not at night. I've checked all the settings. What might be causing this?
