Arlo Pro 3 cameras not uploading in 2k

The cameras were uploading in 2K just fine until I canceled the 3 month trial that came with the cameras. I already have a smart premiere plan and made sure to enable the cameras in my smart premiere plan, but now they're not uploading in 2K. Any suggestions to fix this?

Is your Premier account a fairly new one or an older legacy one from before this year? It may be that, if legacy, unsubscribing and resubscribing would fix the issue.

Thank you. Your solution fixed my issue.

Sadly, I have 6 cameras and now have to pay nearly $12/month compared to $9.99/month because of the 6th camera being an add-on camera fee.
