Since a couple of months back I have started to lose connection with any of my two cameras. Randomly, it seems but after having spent days on troubleshooting and doing every recommended correction measure there is, I suddenly realized it is most probably about the IOS App itself. If I instead use the PC’s web browser to manage the Arlo system and leave the App untouched, the cameras never go offline. Has this issue been addressed and is there a solution available?

Merak,

When you notice this behavior, try logging out of the Arlo mobile app and then log back in. Do the devices still show offline?

Hi James,

That is actually something I have never tested. I have just closed the app and/or rebooted the iPhone. Will test next time it happens.

Thanks,
Merak

Unfortunately it did not solve the problem to logout from the iPhone app, still there. Seems to be related to my Apple devices!?? Experience same issue with my MacBook Air and Safari.

But, when I use my Windows computer with IE it seldom hangs the cameras.

Thanks anyways.
