Arlo Pro 3 battery

Hi. I have two Arlo pro 3 cameras. Battery not charging in winter. Now we have near -1 dgr. but charging only 1%. Not more. In the summer everything was fine. And also: cameras not work if connected only with cord without battery. I used to have Arlo pro 2 and without same problems

The battery pack on Arlo cameras WILL NOT charge if below freezing.... this is to protect the battery from damage.

You either need to bring in to charge OR swap battery

Ok. But why batteries for Arlo Pro 2 are charging? Last winter batteries for Arlo Pro 3 also was charging. Why cameras don't work without batteries, only from electrical network?
