Arlo Pro 3 Video not going to Library

I have 3 Arlo camera's when they detect motion they record and the video goes to the library but one of them

the Arlo 3 does not record to the library.  What is wrong?

Is the Pro3 in a subscription which is required for cloud recordings?

I was on a 3 month free subscription It just expired.  So I superscribed to a new plan.
