Subscription problem Arlo camera

Hi support center. I have arlo cameras and have not started the subscription. When I try to open the "subscription" buttom then only "No subscription" come up and no change to make the subscription.
Please give me some advise why this problem is coming up.

This is a user-to-user help forum but when you select settings<subscription does it not give you any option to subscribe? Also, what model do you have as the Pro3 come with a 3 month trial subscription. Also are you in a country that you can subscribe. The list is in this link.
