So far I am regretting my decision to purchase 2 of these cameras. All I am trying to do is subscribe to a secure plan and it wont process the payment info. any suggestions??  And NO there are no issues with our card.

What is the error message you receive? Is any of the info greyed out?

 

Are you using one of these payment methods with all info entered correctly?

 

You can use the following payment options:

  • American Express (US and Canada only)
