Are you seeing one of these icons?
If not, what are you seeing?
Are you using an Arlo charger and cabling?

Thanks for writing! Yes, I see one of those icons - when I see an icon - it goes away a lot. The cable is arlo - wouldn't know of any other that fit (it's the magnetic connection). Is it possible that there are different cables for "charging" and "running"? Sounds like a dumb question, but I guess it's possible I could be using a wrong cable, if that's the case . . .

There are third party chargers and cables for Arlo, and sometimes they don't work that well.

There is an outdoor charger which has an integrated cable. Indoor chargers include a detachable cable. The otudoor cable delivers a higher voltage - which might help.
In any event, if the icon is disappearing/reappearing then it is possible that the cable isn't completely seated. So maybe check for that (and also make sure the connection is clean and not corroded).
Is the camera also going off-line???
