My Arlo 3 will not show me recordings when i'm away from my local network (wifi). I have an iphone 11 Pro and have tried to setup port forwarding on my Dlink-DWR921 with little success (Status : Not Available) once I enter correct settings in Dlink Router.
If i leave wifi the local storage USB is not available, but if I go to Wifi it is. This is frustrating as I can only see videos at home or connecting to someone else's wifi from the iphone app.
Error message in library under 4G : Videos stored on SmartHub are not available. Please check your connection settings.

The fix was to return it and I got my money back. Best fix. Bought a Frenchie instead.
