Arlo Pro 3 Unable to discover base station

Just bought the kit. Stuck during installation as application doesn’t detect base station. I’ve tried factory reset to no avail. Led indicator on base is blue, I.e. supposedly connected to internet. Tried chat support, was told to call support. Can’t get through to support, just put on wait or being disconnected. Does anyone have suggestions for what I could try? Big thanks

Have you made sure the device you're using to set up is on the same network as the Base Station/SmartHub?

 

Are you using a mobile device or a PC?

Yes, all devices are on the same network. I’ve tried configuring with multiple mobile devices (iphone, ipad) and a PC. All without success. Thanks for any suggestions on what to try next

Are you using a VPN? If so, disable it during setup.

I would swap at the store to see if a different system works. You can also try a different location for setup, if practical.

Yes, you’re right. Spent too much time trying to make this work. Will ask for a refund and change to another more reliable brand.
