Arlo Pro 3 - Support Denmark

Does anyone knows if there is a local Arlo support/distributor in Denmark?

Have a Pro 3 camera that doesn't work.

Have created a service ticket and returned the camera to the store where I bought the system.

Now they request to get all cameras and hub in order to fix it. Can this be true?

Can't answer the first question but typically the whole system has to be swapped at the store unless there's a sympathetic clerk/owner that will help. Otherwise, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to use your warranty.
