Hello, one of my three Arlo Pro 3 cameras will not synch. This camera's battery had gone flat and would not charge. This camera did not come back on line during charging. I then replaced the battery with a new one and attempted to charge it. When I placed the charging cable onto the camera the blue light came on. However after 6 hours charging the blue light to show fully charged had not come on.
I then removed this device(camera) off my system and attempted to reinstall it. I tried both the automatic and manual synching methods but the camera was not recognised. Please help.

Have you swapped existing batteries around to see if that helps? What about using only AC power (no battery)? Does the charger and cable work on a different camera?
You may need to use Settings, Support (Center) to select your camera model and talk to official support. This requires that you have a subscription.
