Pro 3, firmware 1.060.12.2_6_fd2b14a, OS 3.5.8, inside shed.

I keep getting sound detected on camera - how do i turn that off as I just want motion detection only ?

Go into the rule for the camera, and unselect audio detection.  https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them
