Arlo Pro 3 - online library shows recordings but not iphone apps library

I’m currently paying for a monthly subscription on a per camera basis. All my recordings show up in my online browsers library, however they do not appear in the iPhone app’s library.
I am also unable to get ahold of an Arlo representative to help clear this up, any ideas on how to resolve the library issue as well as the customer service problem?

Have you checked that all filters are off in the App Library? Since you can see the recordings on the browser they are recording. Also try reinstalling the App. Depending on how many cams you have the Secure plan with unlimited cams may be cheaper.
