As stated in the subject, my Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight has notified me that the camera and light are disabled while charging. However, the camera is connected to a solar panel and support indicates this should not stop functionality of the camera in this use case. I've never noticed this before. Now, we are experiencing some rare sunny weather in the UK for once, but I doubt this would increase the amount of power the solar panel is sending to the camera? Does anyone know how to fix this? Has my camera or solar panel developed a fault?

Hi, I am having the same issue. We have a solar-powered camera with light in front and never had an issue. Now, it is saying it is disabled. Even though it is fully charged. Trying to add photo but seems blank. Message says "The camera and light are disabled while charging, and will not respond to mode changes." with a yellow charging battery icon above it, The battery is currently 100% charged. Thanks.

Can you try reinserting the camera battery and leave the solar panel disconnected to see what happens? If all is good, attach the panel again and test.
