Arlo Pro 3 - First thoughts

I just purchased the Arlo Pro 3 set with 3 cameras. I researched before purchasing and particularly liked the idea of getting instant notifications of people detection on my property. I've got an android phone and first off, it seems quite limited. I expected a higher level of push notification, not just relying on the phone to send me an email alert or whatever. Please tell me I'm missing something and there is a way to set the Arlo app notifications apart from other apps? Do I need to link it to Google Home/ Amazon?

Luckily I have the choice to return through Amazon, which will be the next couple of days if this doesn't work.

Have you changed the notification sound? Are you subscribed to the trial sub which gives you enhanced notifications?
