Arlo Pro 3 Camera status icon meaning on iOS app

When I initially open up my Arlo IOS app , I see the following icon (red circle with a white triangle and an electrical symbol in the triangle.  After a second or 2 it disappears. Only shows up on 2 of the three cameras.  Don’t see the any reference to the icon in Arlo’s user manual.  What is it?

Are you able to tap the icon? It should provide more information.

I did tap the icon and it says I should set up an activity zone.  They both have one set up
