I have four Arlo Pro 3 cameras and I want to turn two of them off during the day and have the activated at night. The support article instructs go to 'mode' and select the camera(s) with the pencil setting you want to schedule, however, the only item in 'My Devices' in the base station, none of my cameras. I've talked to support twice and they state that it is not possible to set individual schedules per camera, which is in conflict with the support article.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

gtinatl,
To do what you want to do, you will need to do two things:
1. Create a custom mode that includes rules only for the cameras you want active during the day.
2. Create a schedule including the custom mode in the time slots you want those cameras to be active and then setting the default "Armed" mode for the rest of the day.
For more information on schedules and custom modes, take a look here:
What are modes and rules and how does Arlo use them?
How do I create a mode with different rules for each Arlo Wire-Free or Arlo Pro Wire-Free camera?
How can I set a schedule for my camera in my Arlo account?
