Arlo 3 pro how to restrict hours of alerts and recording

At one time I could just have my camera alert and record between certain hours. Under the new software I haven't been able to figure out how to restrict the hours of operation. Can you help?

Put the system into standby.

This can be scheduled - for instance, you can create a schedule automation to switch to Arm Home at sunrise, and a second one to switch to Standby at sunset.
