Cannot connect to Homekit

Hi Arlo Team,

 

I am trying to set up HomeKit using my iPhone on my Base station and i'm stuck at the 'Discovering your device. Please wait' message.

 

To diagnose I have:

Confirmed all firmware is up to date

Reinstalled the app, and have checked permissions to Home Data 

Restarted the base station with a power out/in cycle.

 

Looking at previous messages on here, do you need to send a reser token to my device?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:
