Hi.
My cameras have stopped recording to the library. I do have an arlo 2 system in my office that records but the arlo 3 which we use at home notifies but doesn’t record.
Could anyone please assist.

The Pro 2 includes free 7-day cloud storage. Arlo stopped offering that with newer cameras (starting with the Ultra in 2018) - so your Pro 3 camera requires a paid subscription to get cloud storage. It's possible that the 3-month trial just expired.
So begin by confirming your subscription status.
