Are the Arlo Pro 3 cameras Wifi 6 (802.11ax) Compatible? If not, what about the Ultra?

The cameras connect to a closed wifi system hosted by the base station. They don't connect to your home wifi network. The base (smarthub) connects to your router with ethernet.
So the answer to your question isn't really relevant. In any event, Arlo hasn't said.
