Hi, I stupidly cancelled my trial a couple of days after I got my arlo 3 camera (long story). It is just a couple more days later and I am wondering if I can get the trial back? Thanks, Yasmine

yasdaz17,
There is no way to recover a cancelled or expired trial subscription.
GIven the circumstances, I encourage you to reach out to the Arlo Support Team You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.

Hi, support told me the same thing, no way to get back an accidentally cancelled trial. No way to get a month free subscription (not even asking for the full trial). Oh, and no complaint department for the company if nothing can be done about the situation. It is not a large amount of money but I don't see why I have to be punished for a mistake when I am entitled to a 3 month trial. I don't see why I can't be given a month free subscription if there is no way to give the trial back. I have had the camera for a short time and can't test it out without the trial. I guess you can consider this my complaint to the company.
Honestly, I am ready to just return it and not bother. I need a video doorbell but the way my front door is designed, it is right opposite my neighbours and the angle would have to be 90 degrees to avoid his door and see where parcels are left. It can't be used as a doorbell with that angle. The only alternative is a camera. But Arlo has an incredibly long connection time compared to ring and blink, for one. They connect almost instantaneously when in the app trying to get live view and Arlo takes at least 7 seconds. That is above and beyond the time it takes to get motion detected, the phone to be notified and the app to be pulled up. People are not hanging around my front door for 15 seconds at a minimum. Not to mention that while Arlo doorbells now do push talk with alexa, no sign of it yet with the cameras. Ring cameras have the capability to speak to and hear people through alexa. Yasmine
