How can I connect the cameras to Apple router and not have 2 routers? Where is Arlo tech support?

2 routers? Do you mean a base or hub? Or are you trying to connect via WiFi?

For support, have you used the Contact Support link at the bottom here?

The Arlo hub is not a router.

The hub is the "front end" of your system. Your cameras will not work without the hub. It is effectively the wifi "bridge" that joins your cameras to your router.

Arlo does make cameras that do not need a hub, such as the Essentials and Pro 3 Floodlight, but they are new to the market. The Pro 3 cameras need the hub.

Does it need to be hard wired to my router or will it communicate wirelessly?

Thank you
