Hello,
My wife just paid for a subscription after our free trial was finished. How long does it take to activate the new sub? I’m the account holder but she’s an administrator. Thank you for reapons

If she purchased the subscription from her account, then it will only apply to cameras that are onboarded to her account - not the cameras that you shared with her.
Options at this point are to
- remove the cameras from your account, and re-onboard them to hers. Then reverse the friend access, so you have access
- cancel her subscription and get one in your account.
Option (2) will result in a one-month charge for her subscription.

Thank you for a quick response. Maybe it’s just easier to pay a new one and then cancel the subscription ? Or what do you think is it easy to change the cameras to her?

It is easier to cancel her subscription than it is to move everything to her account. So that is what I'd do.
