Wow 3years, your long suffering! I’ve experienced arlo & arlo ultra specifically for 5days now...& that’s almost become more than enough! Totally agree re chocolate fire guard comment & the more I read on here the more it amazes me how the company can get away with such poor service & how they can still be in business! You would expect this sort of thing from a tacky cheap product..arlo is far from that!! Trading standards (uk) & other organisations should seriously investigate this company!
