I recently purchased 2 x Pro 3 floodlight cameras - each with 3 month trials to Arlo secure. The cameras appear to be working but won’t allow activity zones to be set or record to the library. I assume this is because I don’t have a subscription - how do I start the 3 month trial as there hasn’t been any prompt for this? (I already have any Arlo baby monitor on the Arlo secure app that records to the library for 7 days without subscription)

Trial subscriptions are automatic - you can't "add" them at any point. Have you checked your subscription status to see what shows? I wouldn't think being in Australia would have an effect since that country normally has access to all types of subs. I suppose that somehow you were supplied with cameras that someone returned which would have used the trial subs. You may want to swap them at the store and ensure they're brand new.

we purchased these new in box and plastic wrapped - is there a way that arlo could enact a 3 month subscription? Our subscription shows no active subscriptions.
