[Urgent] Arlo can't load old data history under library for last couple months after resetting.

One Arlo Pro Smart Hub
Five Arlo Pro 3 cameras
I was troubleshooting when there is an error message said "Time is out" while pressing each camera "play icon", and I accidentally pressed factory reset. Now, all the Cameras, and Arlo hubs are disconnected which were associated with my account.(I need to set up the hub and cameras) Is there a way to recover old motion detected data for last couple months? I currently have data for this month. Please kindly help me with this issue!

None of the current plans offer more than 30 days of cloud recordings so, no, beyond that recordings can't be recovered unless you had local recordings set up for your hub. If you did have that set up previously, eject the drive from your hub and all videos should be present.
