unable to update firmware on floodlight camera

ok users. just hooked this up today but got the dreadful unable to update firmware. just recently installed doorbell essential no problem. now b4 anybody starts from sand again (meaning starting from scratch and wasting time) most of the time you have to do something on your end. resetting my router worked. sometimes bluetooth gets in the way so you can try that. i know i have the speed and proximity to the router. sometimes simple stuff works.

Just to confirm, are you saying you rebooted your router and you are no longer having an issue with the firmware update?
