anyone know a number to call to contact a real human They shipped my camera with the wrong charging

Can you provide more detail regarding the exact issue? Was the camera an RMA replacement?

Are you sure? 

 

The indoor charger for the floodlight uses microUSB, and requires removing the camera body from the shell to charge it.  This is described on pages 73-74 of the user manual here: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/images/documents/arlopro3/Arlo_Pro3_Floodlight_UM_US_3.pdf

 

If you were expecting the magnetic cable - that is only used with the outdoor charging adapter and/or the solar panel (both sold separately).
