charged my battery and now it says that my camera is offline. all my other arlo cameras are working. customer service non existent.

Are you looking both in the app and the PC browser (my.arlo.com).
Have you tried removing and reinstalling the battery? If so, are you seeing the camera LED light up (blue) when you reinsert the battery?
