What happened to our “pre-paid” subscription plan?

We purchased an Arlo spotlight for the gate of our cabin community and also prepaid the monthly fee to keep the “ library” up and going. All of a sudden that has disappeared from our account and no way to call a human and see what happened and how to fix. They just want us to sign up again on a monthly basis. Arlo  has our $.  We want our service back. Does anyone have any ideas of how we proceed from here?
