How do we find the replacement piece that attaches to the wall?

 

 Cannot call cannot chat this support on here kind of lacks ability to get replacement pieces at all.

If your camera is under warranty still and you have a subscription, you can contact Arlo Support within the Arlo Secure mobile app under Settings > Support
