only shows B & W images with low sensitivity. Higher sensitivity whites out image

Are you talking about at night?  Or during the day?

 

If you are livestreaming at night, have you tried turning on the light?  By default it only turns on when it detects motion.

I think attaching some sample screenshots will clarify what you're describing.  What happens if you turn off night vision?

Higher sensitivity doesn't "white out" the video - that's the function of the brightness control. Sensitivity is set in the camera settings under Default Mode Settings.
