Pro3 floodlight stopped recording

I bought this camera light and set it up fine and worked as described. I bought another that won’t work at all no light nothing so am sending it back. Now all of a sudden first light I bought after a week it’s stopped recording. The light comes on sometimes but that’s all it does.
Has anyone any idea what’s gone wrong? I’ve tried everything now worn out with it.
