I have 3 cameras installed that are working fine. They show as being on the "trial" plan even though I signed up for the $10/month plan. Can anyone give me a clue on how to get this sorted out? Haven't found anything in the knowledge base that help. Thanks in advance!

The trial plan comes with each camera. It can vary from 1 to 3 months, depending on when the cameras were made. You don't need the paid subscription at the moment so you have 2 choices:
1) Cancel your existing paid plan until the trial(s) expire or
2) Cancel the trial plans so the paid subs take over.
