Hello,
I have a Pro 3 Floodlight, which has been frequently going offline over the past 4-6 weeks. This appears to be related to the charging cable (which is an Arlo outdoor magnetic charging cable).
Using two different charging cables, the Pro 3 is regularly going offline when the cable is connected. When the cable is not connected, the camera/floodlight functions properly.
This seems to happen most frequently when the battery goes from "charging" to "fully charged."
I have tried switching housings, as well as switching batteries in the floodlight itself, both without success. The issue is occuring with both Pro 3 floodlights that I have. I have also tried repositioning the hub in case of wifi interference, again without success.
The cables I have used to test this function fine with other cameras (Ultra 2).
Does anyone have any suggestions?
