I just bought an Arlo Pro 3 floodlight (H6) and after the seventh day it stop recording, I don't have any subscriptions and my other old Arlo cameras (H8) still record without a problem, they give me at least 21 days (this is the maximum I haven't check the recordings before erasing them), also another new camera (H4) stop recording too, why is that, any one having a problem like this, should I just insert a USB memory for recording? please let me know if any one have a solution for my specific problem, thank you!!!

What model numbers are the cameras, look for the model VMC label inside the battery compartment.

Cameras that don’t have a removable battery are likely the essential series, cameras that have four batteries are the old arlo wire free series.

You can’t tell what cameras you have within the app device info, the “H” number refers to the internal hardware design revision only.
