Pro 3 Floodlight won’t pair

Brand new Pro 3 Floodlight, VMB5000AU base.
I have 2 base stations connected to 7 cameras and a video doorbell all working.
I have followed the setup carefully trying both the direct 2.4 WiFi and the Base station.
I have performed multiple 15 sec resets of the camera, waiting for 3 amber flashes and releasing sync, it then slow flashes blue.
the result is always the same No Devices Found on the app.
I’ve tried it 3 mtrs from the base and 3” from the base.
I’ve reset the base and then the camera, no change.
The base works with the ultra’s connected to it so it’s fine.
It’s just the new floodlight, lost way too many hours of my life with this thing.
Is this an incompatible base for the floodlight?

Try using a PC browser instead of the app (my.arlo.com).
